    Craft Beer Dinners

    Our Craft Beer Dinner series has come to an end for 2017 but will be back early next year with the same delicious food and some new beers to try.

    Craft beer dinners  are held regularly in Newcastle where our chefs carefully design a menu to match and compliment a number of our award winning craft beers.

    While these nights showcase our locavore values and maintain our “paddock to plate” philosophy we often source our inspiration from around the world and create cuisine themed menus to show the diversity and quality of our beer.

    Our craft beer dinners showcase locally sourced produced matched perfectly with our handmade craft beer.

    These events are loved by foodies and craft beer fans alike. The dinners are hosted by our Chief Brewing Officer, Shawn Sherlock and give diners an up close and personal experience and a great opportunity to ask questions to learn more about the brewing and food pairing process.

    FogHorn Fiesta: We’ve handed the reigns over to our Mexican Chef Carlos, who will be designing and executing a 3 course Mexican feast!

    Farmer’s Feast: We went to market to haggle with spent grain and came back with some pigs from Hunter Valley Coquon Farm.

    Spiegelau Masterclass: Join Alan Elder from Spiegelau for an enlightening class about the importance of the shape of your beer glass.
