Beer and food are perfect for pairing and our chefs work closely with our brewers to develop a menu that complements our brews.
Traditionally food pairing is associated with wine, but we’ve deliberately designed a menu featuring delicious dishes to be matched with complementing beers.
When we brew our beers we have opportunities throughout the process to influence and alter the flavours. We do this with ingredients like barley (which adds sweetness); hops (which provide bitterness); yeast (which lend that characteristic “bready” flavor) as well as with spices, nuts, chocolate, fruits and vegetables. We know how to subtly tweak a beer or dramatically change its flavour.
Whether complementing a dark roasted Black Lager with a smoky BBQ brisket, cutting a spicy chicken wing with a hoppy IPA, or contrasting tart cheesecake with the bittersweet chocolate notes of a Stout, our pairings create new expressions of flavour which will blow you away.
