The Voyager Pale Ale is a fruity, hoppy New World Pale Ale brewed with new single origin malt grown in the Riverina region of NSW. Voyager Malts are new to the Australian brewing scene and are grown using the classic old Australian malt variety Schooner malt – a variety fuller in flavour, body and aroma than other modern Australian grown malts. The result is a beautiful biscuity malt sweetness up front with just enough hop bitterness to balance but not dominate. The finish is all about the fruity tropical and citrus hop notes of fresh New World varieties from the US and New Zealand. Beautiful, fresh, fruity and well balanced. A beer worth the voyage.
